Data Visualisation using Excel (DS103)
In this Training Course you will learn about Data Visualisation using Excel. Visual presentation of data and results is an important part of data analysis, and a key element in data mining as well as reporting. A good graph or chart can make your data and results understandable to you, your colleagues, clients or customers.
Excel makes a good tool for data visualisation: it is familiar and widely available, and it has excellent graphical capabilities. In the Data Visualisation using Excel training course (DS103) you will learn the skills you need to use Excel to produce professional-looking graphs and charts. You’ll learn how to choose the best type of graph for your needs and how to refine Excel graphs for maximum effectiveness.
Our training course is about Data Visualisation using Excel, and you’ll learn:
- How to choose the best type of graph.
- Which elements of a graph are important?
- How to create a range of graphs in Excel.
- How to edit and refine your Excel graphs and charts.

Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Excel
Data Visualization is an important element in analyzing data. Our training Course on Visualizing Data using Excel will give you the skills you need to produce effective and professional-looking graphs and charts. Your graphs can help when analyzing data with Excel, as it is easier to see patterns and relationships by visualizing data (a graph), than by purely numerical methods.
Visualizing Data with Excel is a good choice, especially for beginners, as Excel has a wide range of tools for analyzing data and can make professional-looking graphs. Excel is also familiar and widely available.
There are many kinds of graph available and in this training course you will learn how to choose the best kind of graph for your data. You will learn how to use Excel graphs to visualize data in the most effective way. You’ll also learn the skills you need to refine and edit your graphs and charts, to maximise their effectiveness.
Data Visualisation Course Overview
In this Data Visualisation Course you’ll find out how to make the best use of your data and results by presenting them visually. You’ll learn which graph or chart is the “best” for which circumstance and how to create professional-looking graphs from your Excel spreadsheet.
